Waste of time, and money. Conduct your private studies and publish your findings, but this? This is too much. How much does a sticker cost, a penny? A nickel? Thats nothing... How much would 300 million stickers cost? For every single cell phone ever sold moving forward?

LOTS of taxpayer money.

Taxpayer money? No.

The gov't will spend money passing the law and doing the study, but the cost of the notices will certainly be on the manufacturers. Although I imagine it will only end up being extra (ugly) printing on the box, which won't necessarily cost anything.
