To each their own. The mobile hotspot support is enough for a lot of people who've been waiting for a legit option at Metro.

Keep in mind as well this will probably come with a $100 instant rebate quite soon if past performance at Metro is any indicator. Far better than an i-Phone 4 for $549.99 on Virgin.

Finally, stop bashing Metro's network. In established markets like Florida the voice is as good as any national carrier. The 4G LTE is fast enough for most users (3Mbps regularly with faster speeds during off peak times). Now let's throw in the fact that your first phone is $40 per month and added lines are just $30 for unlimited everything and you have a very good proposition for most sane people. You don't have to opt for the $450 phone, 4G phones start at $149 with no contract.
