You would be wise to actually take apart both. The build tolerances on the 4s compared to the GSIII are like comparing a Rolex to a Folex. And what bang? Why are you giving A+ credit to a C+ effort? Here are a list of features both phones have that the Samsung does a better job at than the iPhone 4S:
