Review: Samsung Galaxy S III for Sprint
Eric should get an appointment with an aesthetics therapist
Build-
I'm not sure how this phone 'shatters' those perceptions of junky build. Look at the poor fit of the panels around the headphone jack and charging port- that this phone MSRP's for the same as an iPhone 4S or EVO 4G LTE (which was, for some reason, panned) is embarrassing.
Style-
I don't know where to begin on this. Let's talk about the fake brushed metal cheap glossy plastic, which is the same crap Samsung's been using for... ever. It scuffs like crazy with regular use and looks like complete trash after just months. Then let's talk about the pointless bits of cheap fake plastichrome glued on everywhere from the earpiece to the takes-forever-to-respond home button. It's like 2006 all over again.
UI-
Additionally, the Touchwiz elements are simply vomit inducing. They clash with the Android ICS color palette (which is actually really well thought out!) . At least Sense was done by actual designers- Samsung just slapped blue gradients and seems to have called it a day.
