HTC Hits Apple with Patent Counterclaim
Nonsense.
One of the patents pertains to:
---"method and system for central management of a computer network."----
I love HTC, but I must maintain my opinion that any software action that crosses and connects standard use of computation, should remain standardized and not be contained. I cannot and will not agree with HTC or any other manufacturer's feelings that they try to sequester the basic essentials.
Stationary computation transitioning to Mobility should not require a re-write of these basic programs needed for computational use.
These litigation circus shows are growing tiresome and I don't really want to be hit up in financially compensating these companies for their court costs.

Remember John , the one's at fault are actually 2. 1 - The Patent system , 2 - Apple . They opened a pondoras door that opens both ways. What HTC is really doing is making Apple spent a little more in litigation wich they most willingly will. Congress is thinking about getting involved but let's see how that goes. No end to this nonsense seems inminent.
