Specificly, ATT will take away grandfathered UNL plans when a customer switches to a share plan. I am an ATT rep. This just came down the pipeline.

It's just an issue that they didn't address....yes if you up a plan which is no longer offered you cannot get it back....but the thing that people are more interested in is, suppose you don't give your unlimited plan, and then do a device upgrade, will you be forced to sign up with one of these new 'shared' plans? And the answer is no, you can still keep your current plan even after a device upgrade provided you don't change to another plan.

What I was reading was most thinking that they could keep UCNL plans with share plans so thats why I posted. You are correct, if no plan changes are planned then no loss of UNL will be. Upgrades will not effect UNL either. Some more details....Corp discounts are available for the new share plans as well. Also changing to share plans will not affect contract or upgrade elegiblity dates either.
