I am running a ROM on my phone...Fresh EVO 3d 4.2.0 rooted s-on. Will my phone be pushed the update? I would like to receive the update, and override my root...Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well If you haven't taken S-Off then you may be pushed the update, but the update won't go through until you accept it. However you maybe nagged constantly that there is an update available. But upgrading to an official will always break root, so I wouldn't even bother with it. My suggestion would be to get your phone to have S-Off and switch to a ICS ROM. The performance difference between gingerbread and ICS on the EVO 3D is very noticeable and you'll have improved battery life as well.

Just wait a few days. Fresh will make a new rom based off the Sprint release.

Yeah just wait a little while longer if you want to use a Fresh rom based on ICS. Or you can head over to xda forums and get one that's available now. I'm just waiting on a kernel that can be over clocked. But even with the stock htc kernel the phone's performance is really really good. I just want it to be a tad bit better. When I was running ginger bread I had the phone over clocked to 1.7ghz and loved it. So I would love to see how much better the phone could perform @ 1.7ghz with all the performance improvements ICS has brought to the phone already.
