Yes, this phone is the absolute best phone Sprint has released yet.
When using the Sprint Music player, you CAN use stereo bluetooth headphones. I have the Motorola HS850's, and they work wonderfully, playing my downloaded and purchased music. I noticed that in the video, it was stated you can only do so in the media player.

You were absolutlely right about everything else in the video review. Whew. What a phone, and so few faults!
It only has bluetooth 1.1, it has a small 2" QVGA, a clumbsy keypad, no transflash slot, and the front media controls lag a lot of the time. There is no "best phone".
Version 1.2 Bluetooth that supports A2DP, DUN, FTP, and OPP and OBEX profiles.
Also, "Clumsy Keypad" is in the thumb of the beholder, and I for one tend to like the style. As far as the lack of a Transflash slot is concerned, I really don't think that you need one, seeing as how anything larger than a 1GB transflash card is both hard to find and hideously expensive anyway. 1GB of Internal Storage is more than enough for even the most avid music fans. Plus, since both the Bluetooth and the USB platform support FTP transfers, you don't even have to use the card to move songs from a computer to the phone or vice-versa.
