>>You probably got most of the galaxy s 2 users to switch to s 3 already by now.
And switching to better hardware is a problem for what reason? I'm going to pretend I didn't hear about the long lines to purchase the iPhone 4s when it was barely even an upgrade.

>>Next you will release s 4 and give jelly to s 3 users afterwards......this is just sickening plain and simple.

Yes, that sounds a lot like what happens when technology advances at a rapid pace. Not sure why you're sickened by it.

>>Apple handles all software upgrades by themselves and does not give carriers any say in matters they shouldn't have say in anyhow.

And this is good why?

>>Samsung released the upgrade in start of q1 and sprint holds it out till start of q3

Umm, I suppose you didn't know that ICS released first for European versions of the S2. Although the S2 handsets are basically the same and offer similar features and experience across the various carriers, they are not identical. And in the world of operating systems, that matters. Many owners of American S2 handsets have bricked their phones by trying to install ROMS based off of those European builds. You may speculate about why it took Sprint so long to release a build for the Epic 4G Touch, but I'm personally glad they took the time to get it right- and 6 months isn't as bad as you're making it out to be. I've thoroughly enjoyed by Gingerbread 4G Touch, and wouldn't touch an iPhone with a 10 ft pole. The fact that I'm now going to get ICS is just icing on the cake, or was it glaze on the cookie.... no wait, it's chocolate wafer on my ice cream.

>>to push the s3 sales.....a phone that sprint stores didn't even have adequate stock in. So now having plan backfired, sprint tries to deliver on their promise of being the first s 2 to have new os after all the other variants have it.....nice job.....that is why u guys lose customers

Well, that's speculation. But I'll be one of the first to say I've been chomping at the bit for ICS since its release. However, I have been thoroughly satisfied with my phone. So, its not like I've been pulling my hair out waiting for them to fix some grotesquely broken feature - like say an apple shaped logo. I was a little disappointed Sprint was one of the last carriers to get it, but you're talking a couple months. It's not a game changer on a handset I'm already very satisfied with.
