Actually, I want to retain some optimism. The cost of these lawsuits will consequently trickle down to us consumers. No company is going to go through all these suits without recovering the costs some how. Guess who pays into the percentage of the recovering process? I know I'm not jumping at the chance.
I feel Congress is getting its share of complaints from carriers and consumers alike. The Mobile sector of wireless, has quadrupled almost overnight. The Patent system has lost all control of its own rules and regulations. They are completely overloaded and have no clue what should be or shouldn't be patented I'm not supporting patent infringements of Intellectual Property. But, I am supporting a strong investigation of and significant overhaul on the patent system. It needs to reclaim the order of regiments originally set in place to minimize these court litigations.
