I just want to register my surprise that politicians would support yet another method to hand them money. Is anyone really shocked by that? Lmao.

After they wrote themselves an exemption to telemarketing laws, why not? Now these scum bags can cold-call cell phones AND suggest an easy way to give more money to both politicians and wireless carriers.

Can the Mexican drug cartels also get a cut? A three-way split would be fair. A third for Mittbama, a third for ATT, and a third for El Chapo's kids so they can buy rifles from the ATF. I want the convenience of giving money to everyone I love with one SEND.

I think the thing that causes the most concern is that the donor name is anonymous, but the carrier is getting a percentage. So on paper, it might look like a carrier is supporting one candidate or another.

I wouldn't even be concerned about that. On the other hand, I refuse to contribute to a political campaign until I find a candidate that's actually worth my hard earned money. My bigger concern is the donor's name being "anonymous" when stories are breaking out more and more about increased government and law enforcement monitoring of cell phone usage. Also, even with the per line / person limit in place, there is the potential for fraud that is extremely disconcerting. Personally, I feel this is a bad idea all the way around. Have we really gotten this lazy in this country that we can't take the time to write a check and put it in the mail? WTF???

How did I know you would have responded to this lol Personally they are never worth my hard earned money. They cut themselves out of most of the things I have to pay so why should I give them anything? The government is hardly even a part of America anymore. It is simply a another country with their own seperate laws deciding anothers fate. I think we should create another Independence day.
