Yeah, and then they agreed that if they could use the name Apple anyway, they absolutely never go into the business of selling music. Until, ya know, they felt like doing it anyway.
And then they used "iPhone" for their new phone in 2007, even though it was already a brand of phones from Linksys for 10 years. But Steve Jobs WANTED to use that name, so whatever.
