Judge Lets Galaxy Nexus Sales Ban Stand

My question is why is Apple just now filing this lawsuit on a phone that has been out since November? They can't get the GS3 banned so they decided to focus on something else that Samsung made?

Honestly, these frivilous lawsuits by ALL manufacturers need to stop. Yes, Apple has, by far, the largest amount of lawsuits out but every other manufacturer also have plenty out as well. Focus on new products. Give us new tech. Give us innovation. Stop being spoiled brats that just cry foul over any little thing that ultimately ends up screwing over the consumer and not the manufacturers?

Hey Apple, how about taking all that cash you're tossing out in court and use it to force your suppliers to actually improve working conditions and pay for those employees? You have hundreds killing themselves, literally, trying to make your products. While you rake in the billions, they get paid squat. Sure you say your 'looking into it' and have specific 'codes of conduct' that your suppliers must follow but we sure as hell don't see any of that happening.
