Although I do wonder why some people are so obsessed with wanting to be on the most popular platform....I call it 'geek coolness'.....
Let's be honest here, most of us hjere are tech geeks, and when we probably weren't the most 'popular' people in high school....but that's fine...we probably got by just fine, we didn't need to be part of the 'in crowd' to be happy and content with our lives, we had our things that interested us, we had our friends, life was good, we didn't need to be 'in the top 1%' to be happy....
But some apparently grew up wanting to be 'cool' and never outgrew that desire....so today these people are proud to be Android or iPhone people because these platforms are 'cool'....and Blackberry isn';t...so they make fun of Blackberries for not being 'cool' or 'popular', forgetting that 5 years ago all the people who today have iPhone and Androids had Blackberries, and 5 years from now, who knows what will be the 'new in thing'....but I was using a Blackberry 5 years ago, I use one today, and if they are still around, I'll still be using a Blackberry....
And I will use it because it what works for me, it is consistent and reliable, it is a platform I understand and enjoy using, and I don't really care whether or not it is 'hip'.
