Patent Injunction May Stop Sales of Galaxy Nexus

I concur with muchdrama. One of the patents Apple sued over was a common design patent. Basically a flat board with a mostly screen front surface. Something a 2 year old might have drawn and looks like EVERY tablet out there. That's not innovation. They weren't even the first to do it. And it doesn't account for how it gets done. If I design a program to complete an action, you shouldn't be able to say hey that's my feature unless you can prove I directly got the idea from you. In the case of Apple that's false on nearly every 'patent' claim. Most of their patents are just ideas stolen from elsewhere and patented. It's like Microsoft all over again.
