You Sir are 100% correct !

You do not own your iPhone - It is property of apple. You may not customize it, that wouldn't be what apple wants. You can't install your own personal software on it - Apple wouldn't want it that way either. You are paying full price for the device, but really, you don't own it. You own an image of what Apple thinks the perfect phone should be. They don't care if you don't agree.

umm apple already did that to Geoff who cracked i phones in the past and luckly the supreme court took Geoffs side and said after you buy the phone if you void your warenty it is ok

so sorry to late they already tryed and lost lol

In a follow up filing, Apple states "judges should in no way be biased by the law as it is written and any opinion written on such a basis must be disregarded"
