According to Verizon's policy, they will unlock the device if you have been a customer in good standing for longer than 6 months.

This can not be done at any store. You need to call the global support team and they will help you over the phone. You can call customer care , 800-922-0204, and they will transfer you or I found this number on VZW's website (90Cool 559-4899.
