Based on specs and comparison that does not include operating system, the Lumia 900 is an okay phone. Based on the fact that it will not be upgradable to Windows Phone 8, it is an okay phone.

If you want to go based on the software, I would definately consider the 900 a contender. Windows phone is a great, easy to use, super stable operating system. However, I would never, ever buy this phone, as it can't upgrade to windows phone 8.
