That's odd, because I have read account notes before that were more than just math equations. Regardless if there are notes of that nature or not, most of those customers are going to testify to the fact that they were told by Verizon reps and Motorola that the issue would be fixed. Or that they were told by the store that the phone could use the feature.
That's hearsay it'll never get in.... and what I was referring to was specific notations regarding a software upgrade for the V710. an OBEX sorftware upgrade for the v710. You think that'll be noted in an account??? even if "software upgrade" is noted, upgrades become available all the time...
