Lets start by opening up a fine bottle of the truth.

Maybe (and this is just a maybe) instead of sueing the pants off of any company that doesn't let you have your way; we should take ownership of our idiocy. Perhaps we as customers could as more question or in my experience the right question. Or take a step in the right direction, insert gun, pull trigger! This would not only save the wireless companies money from uneducated phone gurus from calling in about every issue, but it will also save money from all the credits they have to give out for phones.

...but on a serious note, it doesn't matter what company you have service with, as long as you can use the phone 😁

As I've said, there is a long history of bluetooth capable phones that have had all the capabilities. That has made it common knowledge that a bluetooth phone would be able to sync with your computer. It's really not idiocy, it's just what the wireless industry has lead people to believe about bluetooth. Verizon has a resposibility to warn people about changes to such a commonly known and used product. Then to sit there and tell people they were working on a fix? That's just BS. I can tell you I'm canceling my account with them. I get better reception with Cingular anyway.
