What i can't figure out.... If you are the type of person that this particular bluetooth function is so important to you that you would sue VZW when the feature isnt there.... how in the world do you purchase the phone, have 15 days to test it out and make sure it does all you need it to do with the ability to get a *full refund* if it doesn't..... and you don't check this feature?

And after all this, it's Verizon Wireless' fault?
