Verizon Wireless Sued Over V710 Bluetooth Limitations
Think thats ridiculous...

I have a friend who use to own a doberman (housebroken, beautiful dog) who was friendly but also a helluva watchdog. A man broke into his house one night, and the dog bit the ish out of him. The burgular sued my friend because the dog bit him and he won that BS case. He won because my friend did not have beware of dog posted on all sides of the house. He had too put his dog down and pay some restitution. What kind of sense does that make. Do I need a "BREAK IN AND I WILL SHOOT YOU" sign on all sides of my house to avoid getting sued?
