Is it just me or does this disccussion seem like an endless tug-of-war? Both sides pulling just as hard, but neither gaining any ground. Oh well, at least its fun 😛

P.S.: I'm on the "Lawsuit is Bogus" side.

lmao, verizon will give in, they wont have a choice, all the little kiddies want free ringtones and games to go along with free in network, id like to see hard #`s on the ages of the users that are downloading things to there phone face it why would a biz pay to download ringtones lmao suite does have merit and with the right lawyer all of us verizon users might as well get ready to pay more after they loose
