I was always sort of skeptical

Of course I'm no scientist, but I can use logic. Logically, the sun pelts more radiation into our brains than a phone ever will. I've never gotten a sunburn from a phone. And people on earth have lived with this big ball of plasma and radiation in the sky forever, which is a long time. I understand where they're coming from, their intentions are good, but it was unnecesary in the first place.

Does the earth have something to protect it from harmful radicals? I believe it is called the Atmosphere. Mainly the Magnetosphere, I think, don't quote me.

Unless you have a HUGE head, I don't think your face has it's own atmosphere - but then again i've never met you, and could be wrong.

Isn't that incredible? But still! Even with all that protection, quite a bit of radiation still makes its way here and we feel it! I doubt a little bit of radiation from a cell phone could do anything. Also my head is about average sized.

Even so, I doubt any phone is capable of pelting us with more radiation than that giant ball of fire in the sky....

About 20 years ago, the concern was over the electromagnetic fields created by power lines, which were allegedly causing cancer.....

Omitted from this discussion is the fact that the Earth has a natural electromagnetic field that is orders of magnitude stronger than anything human beings can artificially create.....and that if the Earth did NOT have a natural electromagnetic field, the result would be utter catastrophe, we wouldn't even be able to walk....

As a side note, I find the endless 'ghost hunting' shows on TV endlessly amusing, they run with EMF detectors and make a big deal whenever the EMF readings are sligh...
