Judge Denies Apple's Attempt to Block Samsung Galaxy S III

That's exactly how I took it. This childish behavior of Apple is way beyond old already. I like the iPhone but it really lacks in some feature capabilities (software) compared to Android. An example, not being able to attach a photo, etc from within an email. You first have to go to photos and select the photo(s) to email before starting the email. Basic functionality that's missing from the phone and it wasn't even mentioned as an added feature in the upcoming iOS6. Amazing.

I am very glad the judge denied the temporary injunction. Apple needs to give up trying to stifle the competition.This comes from an owner of the iPhone 4S and SGSII.
