FUSIC for texting?

Humdizzle

Are you kidding me? 🤣

Even the BLADE can do speach to text, which the FUSIC can't. The FUSIC is a horrible phone for text messaging. The buttons are not responsive at all.

Thoughts anyone...?

when i reviewed the fusic, i honestly felt it was the fastest 12 key keypad for texting i had ever used. that's why we chose it (well that and sprint doesn't offer a single regular phone with a qwerty keyboard). there are other speech to text phones besides the blade. we'll look into them.

I feel I must ask, why must it be a regular phone? Why not the 6700? Their prices aren't that far apart IIRC.

Size? The sidekick's are the size of a pdaphone.

smartphones in general, and i would say pocket pcs specifically, have a pretty steep learning curve. you'll notice the only smartphone in this list is a palm treo 680, which for the purposes of texting and calling is pretty easy to use. it is by no means perfect, but it's at least fairly simple. even though the 6700 has a qwerty keyboard, i still think it's easier to send texts on a phone with a good 12 key than on a pocket pc with a qwerty.
