Anyone who thinks that Sprint will continue unlimited data now that they have the iPhone is renting a house in Oz.
They will have to milk every penny from their customers they can to pay for their contract with Apple.
They are, in the words of their own CEO, going to lose money on the Apple contract for 5 years.
And, since the current iPhones are not LTE, they will have increased heavy data use on their 3g network, but will be forced to retain it to support those data hog devices.
Sprint got caught between the Devil and the deep blue sea. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.
Without the iPhone, they were bleeding customers at an unacceptable rate.
With the iPhone they will experience huge fiscal losses and degradation of their 3g service.
