I agree with both of you. The real problem is the carriers, i.e. the industry. You should be able to use your iphone on whatever carrier you want....prepaid, post paid, etc. The fact that certain phones are designated for prepaid, and certain are for post paid is unnacceptable. I should be able to use and iphone/android phone on whatever network I want. That is when you will see the prices of service go down, when feature phones aren't locked to certain carriers. A lot of the time, customers go to certain carriers because of the phone they offer (cough cough iphone). You free that up, wireless service prices go DOWN.
