Actually. iDEN isn't owned by Motorola Mobility, which is owned by Google. It's owned by Motorola Solutions.

Well, not really. There are several companies in the US that run a iDEN Network.

Airpeak, ARINC, Connect Net, Spacedata and SouthernLinc. Which from what I have read plans on expanding it's own network since Sprint has announced it is killing off iDEN.
