Cingular has contracts with hundreds of little company's for "Roaming" coverage in those area's but, You pay nothing for "Roaming", Because it's not really roaming! Verizon, The supposed "Best Coverage" company SUCKS! VZW only covers 74% of the nations Density area, As aposed to Cingular Who Covers 95%!!! Beat That! Oh, and Cingular Has approx 12 million more customers, because now, they just made a contract with T-Mobile, And finished buying Cellular One (Northeastern Cell One) This makes them #1! If you have any questions or don't believe me, E-Mail Me! Please! Gac0618@aol.com . I would love to debate with you! Have a nice day! 😈

Not trying to pick a fight, but isn't Verizon guilty of purchasing other smaller companies to get their 42.1 million customers. Verizon fans always say that Cingular bought it's way to number one, like it's something dirty or underhanded. AT&T wireless acquired smaller companies and markets too. If you have the capital, do it. Who cares if you bought out a company to become #1. YOUR ARE STILL NUMBER 1 and as far as I'm concerned, number 2 stinks. (pun intended.) 😁

True, no questions about it. My point really, was that they are #1 in subscribers, but consumers don't rate them #1. Of course it's not under-handed to buy out - it's business.

So you're trying to say that the results are inaccurate or skewed in some way? 😕 I don't understand... VzW did not conduct these surveys, Consumer Reprts did. If there is any unbiased entity reviewing services, most people know that Consumer Reprts is where you go.

Do you expect them to survey everyone? I'm confused by this statement. I'd say 39,000 is a relatively huge chuck of people to base data on considering most surveys give out stats based on far less.

I think 39,000 is a pretty good sampling, but if you add 47 million and 42.1 million and #3 and #4. 39,000 becomes a smaller number.
