How is it better than the blade?
I have the blade but I would love a version with a longer battery life and a GPS that works.

Look at the M500, It's smaller, lighter, adds the GPS, the removeable memory, and comes in color options. Look at the reviews, there are plenty of people that have had better battery performance compared to the A900.

Ha Ha it only has a SD slot and a little better camera, my Sanyo 7500 has the better battery pull antenna with rock solid reception.

Are you delusional? The Sanyo 7500 up against this?

The 7500 is an outdated POS compared to this handset, even the year old A900.

Why because you say so, beside the 2meg cam and sd slot the Sanyo 7500 has way more to offer.

Oh really? Like what?

A body that is twice the thickness of the Samsung?
A small 1.85" display?
No Bluetooth? (!)
An external antenna
No themes
No removable media
No included accessories
No way use phone as modem
crappy plastic build quality
Tiny keys

It's a phone that is not even in the same league. Get a clue. What's next? A Kia is as great as a Mercedes?

The build quality is excellent very strong durable phone and I like the pull up antenna, strong side key buttons, loud as hell speaker phone with primary button.

The phone does support DUN and it does have themes, and certainly is better then this thin pancake with the WARNING sticker on it LOL

Same screen quality too

Plus the outside screen on the 7500 is always ON and I have the option of adding a back up light for night, plus many other qualities this phone does not have.

Plus the buttons on the 7500 are serrated and slightly raised and feels solid when pressing, not like this thing where the buttons are all flat a squeezed together. yep 7500 blows this thing away.

Dude, if you like the 7500, that's great. But there are people out there that would rather have a phone that performs for them, and fits discreetly in a pocket. (or a small clutch)

When do you use your "pull out" antenna? You don't have analog roam capability, and that's really the only time that makes the slightest difference. I've tested many of the internal vs. external antennas in the RF tester, and it did not show a good difference. Actually the A920 scored better than the 7500, with the antenna in or out, it didn't matter (because a digital signal isn't going to be as affected by a 2.5" small piece of metal being inside the chassis or not.)

You do have a good point about squished keypad layouts, I text a lot, and that makes all ...

In no way is the 7500 anywhere near comparable to the M610 as far as features go. If you are happy with the 7500 that is great, but be realistic.
