Honestly.... no. With one carrier following another on tiered data this and shared data that, and we're going to raise rates just because we think we have a good reason to do it, the likelihood of ever seeing rates decrease as a result of competiion is pretty slim. About the only thing that could help is if the big boys get TOO big, or make big enough moves to lose their customer base, but then you go to small regional carriers. We've seen that before. Looks like a lose-lose to me.
