Sounds like he is living under a rock, and didn't read or hear about all the forum posts on Phonescoop or Verizonwireless.com from all of the customers expressing their outrage over the $30 upgrade fee, & taking away our unlimited data on smartphones. Or maybe he did, and just doesn't care... And when he says he doesn't think the price increases will cost Verizon customers, that is a good indication that it WILL in fact cost the customers...
