So you don't think some people left T-Mobile because they wanted an iPhone and T-Mobile doesn't (yet) offer one? That's funny. Also has nothing to do with Apple being 'evil' or whatever the hell you thought was said.
In case you don't remember, there were several months where a merger between AT&T and T-Mobile was discussed and was damn near settled. During those few months the future of T-Mobile as a separate entity was uncertain, and they as a company did not spend those few months trying to get new customers or retain old customers. That is undeniable. Also as above has nothing to do with AT&T being 'evil' or whatever, only to do with people jumping from a perceived sinking ship.
Are these the /only/ reasons? Of course not, but they sure as hell haven't helped them any.
