Really Verizon? Despicable. Do you understand the meaning of "grandfathered"? I hate to admit it, but even AT&T "limiting unlimited" at 3GB than throttling to unusable speeds is more customer-friendly than this. WOW! So you are loyal to them for years & they stick it to their customers like this? Oh well, I guess if you actually use your smartphone & it's apps and need data more than voice or text, Verizon & AT&T are out. So is U.S. Cellular (high-priced tiers) & Cricket (1GB max). So is Straight Talk & Net10 (2GB max, 100MB per day) & Simple Mobile (2GB at high speed 1GB at EDGE, 3GB max) & Virgin Mobile (2.5GB at high speed, than 1XRTT). Only Boost Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile & MetroPCS remain viable for 3+ GB of data usage (that's like 3 netflix movies in a month with no other data usage at all!). Since MetroPCS is almost nowhere & may be swallowed soon by TMO, I guess we'll have TMO, Sprint & Boost. Hello Boost (Sprint-owned MVNO)! Next option would be T-Mobile & finally Sprint for me I guess. I use maybe 5-6GB of data per month times 2 lines. Thank you Dan Hesse for actually caring about your CUSTOMERS not just your SHAREHOLDERS & corporate office bonuses!!!
