Ok, so that article proves what? That customs is looking at the phones? We already knew that. You asserted that the HTC phones being held were in violation of a patent? Where is the proof? Futhermore, this is proof of how ridiculously absurd the patent system is. You Apple fanboys may be happy with your over-priced junk, but not everyone wants the next iBrick. The truth is that the current patent system hurts consumers and keeps prices high. But you won't acknowledge that fact because you care more about being loyal to a company that is screwing you and everyone else. Personally I would prefer to see most of these technology patents go away and innovation and competition enter the market place.
