This isn't new
I have been working with Center Partners for 3 and a half years now. They take calls for one of T-Mobiles sales department is Hayden Idaho. There was a time just over a year ago when sales were good. Payouts were good. When T-mobile announced that they were to be bought out by AT&T things went down hill. T-Mobile started reducing the calls we got. Then they opened their own sales department and starting routing calls that were for sure sales to them. All this has been in a effort to save money. Value plans were also another way to get people into a contract without T-Mobile having to spend the money on the phones. This "restructuring" has been going on for a long time now. This is true. But then again I didn't say it isn't news... I said it isn't new. I'm simply pointing out it has been going on longer then T-Mobile would have its customers know. The point being, they don't want you to know just how long this desperate attempt to save a company that appears to be going under has been going on. I suppose I could have gone into more detail as to what I was implying in the first post.
