And AT&T is coming up from behind but is several car lenghts behind Verizon. AT&T can't make out Verizon's license plate becuase it is still so far behind Verizon though.

No. They just do what they say they're going to do. At&t is always touting tower upgrades and infrastructure improvements but they rarely deliver anything noticeable to our area. At least T-Mobile's high speed network delivers when there is coverage. I may have to just cough up the extra dough and join Verizon who deployed LTE here many months ago
