The only real difference is that it's not unibody. Unibody is nice, but non-unibody means you can access the battery on the Galaxy S III, unlike the One X.
The One X also has a matte texture on the back, which I do prefer over the glossy glaze on the Galaxy S III. But that's the extent of the real differences.
If you don't mind the glossy glaze on the back, the Galaxy S III does actually have a very quality feel to it. The curved glass on the front feels very nice, actually.
