The Folks at Crackberry were thinking that it wasn't possible to totally concentrate on business customers and abandon the consumer market. Back before the iPhone was introduced I remember windows mobil, Palm, and RIM smartphones being available through business and consumer channels with carriers.

How do you de-consumerize a smartphone anyway? Do you pull the cameras out of them, strip them of Facebook and other social media apps? Not going to happen.
