Just another in a long list of examples of the federal government attempting to overreach their authority. I especially like the part about withholding federal highway funds if the states refuse to comply. Here's an idea... instead of potentially punishing the responsible driver that answers a call at the wrong time, let's hold the people responsible for the 3,000 deaths that actually caused them. 3,000 victims means as many as 3,000 perpetrators. Prosecute them for vehicular manslaughter, and make plenty of noise about it. Stop infringing on individual and states' rights.
