Thanks for the response, it is much appreciated.

I've talked to several salespeople at three Cingular locations and these people are without doubt clueless.

I was able to play with the Blackjack and liked it very much. If some carrier other than Cingular picks up a similar phone, I'll make the switch.

IMO, Cingular, thanks to its poor sales training, will no longer have me as a customer.
