Yes, this is indeed very upsetting. The update is possible and I know they have it I hope they dont lock mobile hot spot on the ICS update for it. Ill just end up flashing the phone with a different ICS rom.

For a huge carrier like T-Mob, yes this is slightly embaressing.
From a competitive technilogical stand point...this is great! It is nice to see some of the smaller guys beating their larger competitors to the punch on things! So can you REALLY say that they are a "stupid regional carrier" in this situation? 🙂
