Clearly, Verizon is attempting to strangle T Mobile by hoarding the spectrum which T Mobile desperately needs. Just say no to Verizon F C C. This is just as ridiculous as A T and T's failed bid to buy T Mobile and it should also fail.
...
T-Mobile has spectrum it's not using. Verizon hasn't used it YET because there is no point in building it out for half the country and not the other half. T-Mobile just doesn't have the money to build it out if they even had it.

Where was T-Mobile in the 700 A, B and C auctions? How much Spectrum have they launched LTE on?
T-Mobile is a foreign owned company that was looking to cash out on all assets in the U.S. and it failed. Now they want to stop Verizon? Was Verizon against the merger that would have netted them a huge payday?
This amounts to a crybaby that did nothing to build and shore up his company now crying foul. America needs more 4G buildout and at@t and Verizon are the only two taking going anywhere with it.

Verizon and AT&T were bidding prohibitively for LTE. There was no way anyone was going to outbid them and guess what...they won it and they are stuck with it. USE it Verizon! T-Mobile chose the AWS path and they are stuck with that as well. Only now Verizon wants to suffocate them and make false eyes at AWS spectrum they don't need and probably won't use. If there FCC does allow this garbage move Verizon should be tasked with using it within a certain time period or losing it with no compensation. A poison pill of sorts. Ultimately, Verizon should simple be denied. Period.
