2012 Q3 or Q4 and NO the delay is not due to anything RIM has done wrong, it is due to a shortage in the Dual core processing chips they intend to use....when there's a parts shortage (just as PC manufacturers are currently experiencing a shortage of hard drives) there's nothing anyone can do about it but sit around and wait for the shortage to be resolved.
