It's a restructuring effort in order to make sure they are profitable moving forward and most likely everything is on the table. Nortel made no such real effort and their lack of focus did them in.
Honestly, it should be much easier for Rim to identify what they need to concentrate on. Nortel had it's hands in so many different areas, no one even them knew what they did
