This is a starter Android phone. It is not a flagship phone that is the Galaxy Nexus for Sprint and soon the EVO LTE... This is a budget phone and hopefully it is better then the Optimus S, that phone sigh...

Yeah, never been keen on LG. The three LG phones the we had on our family plan were all crap. At this point, we're all on Samsung phones and never had any real problems out of them. I'll even overlook the OS update delays, lol.

My good friend has an LG optimus black from Telus in Canada. The phone is 3G, but the 1Ghz is good, and the NOVA screen is way too bright. The brightness setting being at 0 still means you can see the phone outside. If you turn the brightness up all the way, you will be blinded. Great phone.
