Replying to:  Google Wallet as a subsitute for lack of an LTE network?? by BigRed75   Apr 16, 2012, 11:43 AM

And WiMAX is nothing?

Well, they do have a 4G network. They were the first carrier with a 4G network. They're switching 4G technologies, not last to the 4G party (that would be T-Mobile.)

Google Wallet is something, by the way. The first carrier to officially support NFC payments is a big deal. Other carriers won't even start their public trials until June.
