I disagree
This site is full of people essentially in the consumer market saying hilarious things like RIM "needs to get back in the game" and "needs to step it up" and "nothing new has come out from RIM since 2005".
In other words what I am saying is that the consumer market thinks RIM stuck too much to its roots!
Lawsuits are part of the business. Everyone is caught up in it. Apple is on the receiving end of it with the DOJ at the moment with alleged ebook price fixing. Even a bankrupt chinese company is going after them for the iPad name.
