seriously. how many of you who are complaining will actually doing something about? just leave and take your business to another carrier. it's that simple. if a corporation see's an exodus, they will do something about it. just don't keep giving to the evil red empire like sheep. get a backbone and let your money do the talking. that's all i have to say about that.

I don't disagree with your position here, but I have to honestly ask a question. Where are they going to go? AT&T and Sprint already charge $36.00. T-Mobile charges $18.00. Verizon is less than the other 2, but unless everyone is going to run to T-Mobile for a $12-18 difference in activation fees, what are the other options. The problem is that the carriers seem to be in lockstep on policies regarding non-service related fees. While it is all well and good to tell people to stop whining and do something about it, you may want to consider what the alternatives are first.

BUT.... t-mo offers wi-fi calling for free which is great for offices... and and a much lower cost... yes t...

Verizon really is the best. *Shrug* I don't like it, but there it is. Their customer service has really gone down the tubes, but coverage-wise. Yeah. They're the best. Obviously, T-Mobile works for you and I think that is just WONDERFUL, but your case is not common, I'm afraid.

I'm not complaining. I'm just making comments. Leave Verizon? Where would I go? AT&T? Same s--- with worse service. No one else has the same coverage or even close. Face it. Death, Taxes and Upgrade Fees. It's inevitable...
